I don't know how many people are familiar with John Chow, but I'm a regular visitor of his site. He has one very interesting post that I'm compelled to share. The post talks about MyMicroFund. MyMicroFund offers loan to anybody, from anywhere who has a sound business plan. The loan amount can be in the range of $500 to $3,000 USD. What's best is the loan will be provided based on trust, which means there's not much paper work. All you need to do is conceive a plan on how to do a business and send it to proposal@mymicrofund.com. Here's a checklist on what's to include in the proposal:
- How much do you need for how long?
- A simple business plan
- What is your plan to repay the fund if your venture is successful?
- What do you intend to do to replenish the fund if your venture is NOT successful?
- Your story and any supporting reference about you
This is the best loan offer I've encountered on the internet so far. Even the payment terms doesn't exists. You repay the loan as you see fit. From the onset it looks like scam, but getting the information from John makes it unlikely. In fact the guy who owns the site is a personal friend of his.
Whether you like it not, I'm already preparing my business plan, I've got nothing to lose, so it must be worth trying.
