I've been recommending several online image editors in my blog, but none of these comes close to Pixlr. Pixlr is an online image editor ala Photoshop, as in Photoshop.
Its features are more complete than most online editors. You can do a lot of things with your uploaded image such as resize, rotate, flip and crop. You can manipulate brightness and contrast, hue and saturation, invert colors and posterize the image. The interface is very familiar, in fact, it's just like working with Photoshop on your desktop.
